The Story behind this Project
Zoe Foundation was started 2018, by a young Malawian teacher.
Timwani noticed that some of her students came to school hungry and dirty, thus realizing that
those children were living on the streets and didn´t have any families.
After a short time she identified even more children living in the same circumstances.
Timwani started this project by talking to the villages´ chiefs requesting a plot where they could have an area to live by raising materials to build the children a home.
Little by little, Timwani has been doing the impossible and is donating her own small salary so that the children always have something to eat.
At the moment 300 children attend the little nursery school.
The 95 orphans which are living on the property constantly, still have to share beds and mosquito nets.
How can you help?
