Henry- Paper recycling

Henry first learned about recycling papers at a vocational school more than 20 years ago. Ever since, he started recycling paper. In the beginning, he had a tiny area at his place to practice his recycling, but slowely but surely, he started becoming recognized. He bought and moved to a larger land at Dedza, then started opening his shop to sell his products. He then built a wall for the land, increased the variety of the goods he was selling- his journey is truly inspiring because it was by his hands that he was able to move each step forward to be where he is today. In order to support his wife to pursue a one year programme for journalism, he halted his business for a year to take care of his children as well. Today, he is supporting his daughter to study at a boarding school. Henry's shop space at Dedza gives a relaxing feel and is visited by people from different countries today. The next aim for Henry is to open a cafe within the shop, to create a truly at-home feel space for anyone to visit.
