The bicycle brand- various types of cheese

Thinking about the way they can contribute to the Malawian economy as well as to pursue a passion for good food, Charles and Tania van Remootere decided to launch the brand 'Bycicle' under Mustard Ltd, to poudly provide a wide variety of artisan cheeses. Produced entirely from milk supplied by local farmers, their brand name 'Bycicle' was inspired by how Malawians are able to stack up so much behind their back when riding it, with a hope that they also will be able to transport many products to the market.

 

Indeed, the Bycicle brand prepares an impressive range of dairy products, including cream cheese, cheddar, gouda, mozarella, feta, haloumi cheese and others. Pursuing natural process without the use of preservatives, Charles and Tania set high standards for the quality of their products, and hope that their customers will taste such uniqueness and freshness.

 

Mustard Ltd contributes to a sustainable growth of the country as well, by supplying solely from local farmers, creating job opportunities, and enlarging the potential Malawian cheese industry. They are currently hoping to expand their business by having access to packaging and processing materials in Malawi in order to be able to complete their supply chain domestically.
